Fall Festival and Silent Auction

September 14 from 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Visa, Master Card, American Express are taken.

Our Fall Festival will be here before you know it!

There will be plenty of fun things including Music, Games, Dunking Booth, Tag Our Education Building, Bingo, Inflatables, a Large Silent Auction, Raffle Drawings, lots of food, and more.

Hot dogs and brats will be served from 2:00 to 4:30, pork chops sandwiches, hamburgers, Cheese- ribbon fries & regular fries, fish and cheese dogs will be served around 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.  Homemade cake and ice cream all day.

Our Hispanic community has a wonderful food booth with authentic Mexican Food       (always a surprise what they have).

Come on out for the fun!

A token valued at .25 will be sold and can be used at all games, food and drink booths.  When you come, find the booth that sells the tokens first, then GO HAVE FUN!

Have any unused items lying around the house?  Our Silent Auction is the best place to get rid of them! Simply donate any new or like-new item with a value of $30 (or make a $30 monetary donation) and it will help out your storage space and our church! CALL CAROLYN FOR TIME TO DROP OFF YOUR ITEM!

Buy raffle tickets for your chance to win numerous prizes! You can enter a capital drawing with a

1st place prize of $1,000,

We need each parish church  family to:
Donate two homemade cakes for the ice cream and cake booth and the cake wheel. Many are needed.
Donate two 2-liter bottles of your favorite soft drink.
Donate a clear quart jar with a screw on lid filled with your favorite item. Examples are q-tips, candy, small toys, gum, hair bows, nail polish, small cosmetics, fishing lures, school items, office supplies, or school items. Let your imagination flow!
