ANNUNCIATION COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
Rental of Annunciation Catholic Church facilities includes the use of necessary areas and equipment agreed upon by both parties prior to the date of usage. All rentals include the time of the event plus an additional two hours immediately preceding the event for set up and two hours immediately following for clean up. Rental will include tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc. The Facilities Coordinator will sign out keys to you for access to the facilities agreed upon. Prior to rental, general rules and guidelines will be reviewed with the Rental Party and a written copy of these rules and guidelines will be made available. The Facilities Coordinator will show Rental Party how all equipment works, and answer any questions.
The rental party is responsible for:
1.Setting up all equipment needed for their event.
2.Receiving all deliveries.
3.Maintaining proper order at all times.
4.Preventing vandalism or damages.
5.Cleaning of all equipment and returning it to its proper place.
6.Cleaning of all kitchen appliances, counters, sinks, and floors.
7.Disposal of all food and trash in the dumpster.
8.Immediate removal of all items brought in by the Rental Party and/ or their contractors.
9.Signing a contract.
10.Signing an indemnification agreement if alcohol usage is anticipated.
11.NO-ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS WILL BE ALLOWED TO POSSESS OR CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
12.Returning of all keys immediately following the event.
13.Abiding by the following restrictions:
·No duct tape, double faced tape, or fasteners that will puncture or mar any surface
·No birdseed, rice, or bubbles in the facilities
·No foil or crystal confetti
All Annunciation Catholic Church Facilities are SMOKE FREE.
